You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We may ask for date of birth and may suspend accounts that fail age verification.

Acceptable use

Use Kaunnect for consensual real-world connection only. Do not stalk, harass, scrape, spam, impersonate, solicit minors, share illegal content, attempt to bypass consent/mystery/availability flows, or reverse-engineer the service for abuse.

Safety & enforcement

We may investigate reports, remove content, apply cooldowns, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines. Ignoring a mystery invitation reveals nothing about you; rejection ends that interaction with a cooldown.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to operate the service. Do not upload photos or text you do not have rights to share.

Disclaimers

Kaunnect facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee matches, safety of in-person meetings, or uninterrupted service. Meet in public places and trust your instincts. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaunnect and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or offline meetings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your residence require otherwise.
